Save for All

Propagate edits across all passes in a multi-ticket group with one tap. Change a field once and update every ticket at once.

1 min read

When you import a PDF with multiple tickets, NeatPass groups them together. Starting with version 1.1.5, you can edit one pass in the group and apply the changes to every other pass with a single tap using Save for All.

How to Use Save for All

1

Open a group pass

Navigate to any pass that belongs to a multi-ticket group in your library.

2

Tap Edit

Enter edit mode by tapping the Edit button.

3

Make your changes

Update any fields you want to propagate, such as venue name, date, or notes.

4

Tap Save for All

Instead of the regular Save button, tap Save for All. Every pass in the group receives the same changes.

What Gets Propagated

Save for All copies these properties from the edited pass to all other passes in the group:

Field values (text, numbers, dates)
Date and time display styles (dateStyle, timeStyle)
Field labels
Field metadata

Validation

The same required-field validation that runs on a regular save also applies to Save for All. If a required field is missing, the save is blocked until you fill it in.

Tips

Save for All only appears when the pass belongs to a multi-ticket group
Unique fields like seat number or barcode data are not overwritten
Review one pass after saving to confirm the changes look correct
