Apple Wallet Support Tracker

Costco's app shows a digital membership card but does not issue a pkpass.

Most cruise lines email a PDF and rely on their own app. Wallet support requires manual conversion. Royal Caribbean is a notable exception with a native Add to Apple Wallet button in their app.

CVS app includes an Add to Apple Wallet button under Show Card, but users frequently report the flow silently fails and the card does not appear in Wallet.

DB Navigator can export some tickets to Wallet, but Deutschlandticket and many regional fares stay locked in the app.

Wallet support varies by issuing Verbund. HVV, BVG, MVGo, and VRS offer native pkpass export. DB Navigator and many other issuers do not. Monthly manual re-add is required across all providers that support Wallet.

Wallet export available via the separate BVG Tickets app (Ticketspeicher section, three-dot menu). Must be repeated manually each month; the main BVG Fahrinfo app does not support Wallet export.

hvv switch app supports Add to Apple Wallet for the Deutschlandticket. Automatic monthly updates require manually enabling the update toggle in Wallet card settings.

MVGO app supports Add to Apple Wallet via My Tickets → ticket options menu. Ticket must be manually re-downloaded and re-added each month; no automatic Wallet updates.

VRS Ticketshop delivers a PKPASS file by email alongside the PDF for all tickets including Deutschlandticket. VRR, RMV, and VVS Wallet export status was not confirmed in this sweep.

DICE deliberately keeps tickets in-app to combat resale. No Wallet path is offered. Note: DICE was acquired by Fever in June 2025.

From the 2026/27 season FC Bayern dropped Apple Wallet and Google Wallet support. Stadium access is now exclusively via the official FC Bayern or Allianz Arena app (DTC).

Fever acquired DICE in June 2025. Apple Wallet support is available via the Fever app for some events (sports, concerts) but not consistently across all event types.

Native room keys ship via the chain's app, not as a generic pkpass. Coverage varies by property. Hyatt leads with full Apple Wallet NFC key support; Hilton and Marriott use Bluetooth-based digital keys via their own apps.

State portals issue PDFs only. Wallet pass is a personal reference, not a legal replacement.

The mobile pass lives inside the Rail Planner app and does not export to Wallet.

Native Add to Apple Wallet from the Lufthansa app and website. Live Flight Tracking announced for iOS 26 but not yet live.

ÖBB app supports Apple Pay for payments but does not offer native pkpass/Apple Wallet ticket storage. Users can place tickets as home-screen widgets only.

Apple Pay Express Transit covers contactless payments. Oyster cards themselves are not pkpass.

PAYBACK officially offers no Apple Wallet or Google Wallet integration for the loyalty card. Users must use the PAYBACK app. The PAYBACK American Express credit card can be added to Wallet as a payment card, but that is not the loyalty pass.

Sam's Club app has an 'Add to Apple Wallet' option for the membership card barcode. Many users report errors during the process; reliability is inconsistent.

Apple Wallet supported for TGV INOUI, eligible TER, and Eurostar tickets; some TER regional services may still be excluded depending on operator.

Stocard is winding down. Cards must be migrated to Klarna or rebuilt as pkpass.

Apple's Student ID program covers ~100 universities. Outside that program, schools issue PDFs only.

SwissPass remains a physical card with NFC. The official app does not export to Wallet.
