NeatPass lets you customize every detail of your passes. Edit extracted information, adjust colors, and add custom fields to make your passes truly yours.
Accessing Edit Mode
You can edit a pass in two ways:
- From your library: Tap any pass to open it, then tap Edit
- After processing: Edit directly from the preview before adding to Wallet
Editable Fields
The available fields depend on your pass type. Import or create a pass and tap Edit to see all the fields you can customize for that specific type.
Editing Workflow

Tap the field you want to edit
Select any editable field to open the editor. Fields are grouped by section for easy navigation.

Make your changes
Type your new value. For dates and times, use the picker. For locations, search the map to find the exact address.

Save your changes
Tap Save to apply your edits. If the pass is already in Apple Wallet, you'll need to re-export it to see the updated version.
Adding Custom Fields
Need to store extra information? You can add your own fields to any pass.

Scroll to the bottom
In edit mode, scroll past the existing fields to find the Add Field option.

Tap Add Field
A new field editor appears where you can enter your custom information.

Enter label and value
Give your field a name (like "Parking Spot" or "Confirmation #") and enter the value.
Pro tip
Custom fields appear on the back of your pass, perfect for storing confirmation numbers, parking info, or notes you want to keep handy.
